"There's Too Many Kids in This Tub"

Grandma Tucker has had this poem on her bathroom wall for as long as I can remember.
Original credit to Shel Silverstein.

There's too many kids in this tub

There's too many elbows to scrub.
I just washed a behind that I'm sure wasn't mine--
There's too many kids in this tub.

Mama Denton's version:
Never too many kids in this tub.
Never too many angels to scrub.
I just washed a behind
That will forever be mine--
Treasured memories are made in this tub.

  11. CUTE! I wish I felt the same way about bathtime. I simply HATE bath time. It's messy and exhausting to me.
